Double Chocolate Walnut Brownie

Brownie - The Queen of Chocoland

This one's a super quick and the easiest full-proof chocolate Brownie Recipe

Ingredients




1 Cup Walnuts (optional)
3/4th Cup Flour
3 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Oil
3/4th Cup Cocoa Powder
1 tspn Salt




Method

1. In a bowl , whisk all the eggs really well with an electric whisk or a normal whisk.

2. Add oil and whisk for 30 secs more till well combined.

3. Add sugar and whisk again !

4. Now add the salt and Cocoa (Unsweetened) and mix with spoon initially and then use the whisk .

5. Add flour- half at a time and combine it well.

6. Add Chopped Walnuts and mix with a spatula. You can replace Walnuts with any other nuts or just avoid nuts if you want a only chocolate Brownie.

7. Line a Baking tin with Parchment / Wax / Butter paper. If you don't have either of them, butter the pan well and dust with some dry flour.

8. Bake in a Preheated oven at 180 Degrees for 30 minutes

9. After 30 minutes, check if a knife or skewer comes out clean , if not bake for 2 minute intervals till fully baked.

10. Let it cool for 30 minutes , Carefully de-mould it and lather it with some melted Milk chocolate.
